Hi, I’m Stéphanie.
I help businesses build and grow sustainable Marketing Strategies based on desired outcomes using a holistic, integrated approach.
I’m a T-shaped Marketer with a thick T and extensive experience in SEO, Content Strategy and Conversion Marketing in particular. Building communities for engagement and loyalty is my current topic of choice, on and offline.
I have 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and have worn many hats throughout the years — both as a Marketer and as an Entrepreneur.
Along the way, over 80 small businesses and big companies, early and growth-stage startups, independent agencies, renowned international agencies AND a global accelerator programme have trusted my expertise. I founded my own Marketing Agency in 2011 and I’m currently a Programme Manager at the Founder Institute in Berlin, the world’s first early-stage accelerator with a comprehensive, step-by-step programme to launch startups.

I fell into Search back in 2005, working for Yahoo!.
I was first in Paid Ads, then worked for the Search Team on new features and algorithm updates, and projects related to the User Search Experience (SXO) and the Search Journey.
In 2011, I co-founded Search Box, a Digital Marketing Agency with 150+ projects under the belt to date. Some of our achievements include:
☛ Growing a niche B2B site from 0 to €440K+ annual recurring revenue within 2 years, with funnel content and through tested, high-converting traffic acquisition channels (French Market).
☞ Increasing sales of an eCommerce site via paid advertising by close to 90%, within a year — from €398K+ to €753K+ annual revenue — while improving ROAS by +50% (French Market).
☛ Growing a niche editorial site from 0 to 110K+ traffic within a year, with a Content Strategy based on pillar pages and topic clusters — before “pillar content” was even a thing (French Market).
☞ Increasing organic traffic for a trade association’s editorial site by tenfold, with a consistent SEO-driven Content Strategy (French Market).

I’m a Programme Manager and deputy lead for the Berlin Chapter, where we encourage Impact Startups with a dedicated Climate Impact Track, alongside the regular curriculum. We also offer Founders a large spectrum of extra, premium content from pitch bootcamps to Product Development, PR, Marketing and MVP workshops. And more to come.
☞ Close to 500 startups are created every year in Berlin. In 2019, FI Berlin created 17. By mid-2020, we already launched 14 (with a majority of female-led companies) and we’re striving for a 6% market share by the end of the year — or more!
☛ As Programme Director, my role intersects with operations, recruitment of the best Founders and Mentors, partnerships, programme and business development.

☞ I host Marketing workshops on topics such as Positioning, SEO and Traffic Acquisition, and work on identifying opportunities and creating material to give founders the right tools and resources, and share our entrepreneurial know-how, to gain traction.
